Administrator for Body Shop

We are now looking for an administrator for Volkswagen Lund. Here, you will work together with the workshop manager and other colleagues to drive the facility forward. If you have a strong drive and the ability to engage a team, you might be the right person for us.

Responsibilities

• Conduct damage assessments
• Calculate and invoice damages
• Plan and allocate daily tasks
• Develop the business with profitability, satisfied customers, and competent staff
• Order spare parts
• You will continuously follow up on the mechanics' productivity and ensure that the workshop has the right aids and tools.
• You will also work with the workshop manager on workplace safety and protection issues to ensure that production is conducted in accordance with Volkswagen's guidelines and standards as well as Din Bil Sweden's quality policy and goals.

Who are you

As an administrator, you must enjoy working with people, and your drive and commitment easily inspire others.

• Experience in workshop processes
• Sense of planning and organization.
• Present and coaching approach towards your colleagues.
• Solution-oriented.
• Good financial awareness and accustomed to working towards high goals.
• Class B driver's license (manual transmission)
• Good computer skills
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.
